It looks like the STL/CHI game will be at Soldier Field. http://www.thepigskinreport.com/2012/01/2012-nfl-schedule-chicago-bears/ Plan away!
@sportsgal31: AAAAGGGGH DANGIT!!!
But thank you for the info. I'd seen the opponents' listings, just not how the seeding landed the home and away games.
Soldier Field is so expensive! It sucks not being in the town with your team, but it's so much more affordable to get a party room at the Rams game because face it, the Rams don't give us much reason to party.
@sweetcrackers: Trust me, I understand. I'm a die-hard Packers and Badgers fan, surrounded by Buckeyes, Bengals and Browns!
Are you a Cubs fan? Could always do Wrigleyville...
@sportsgal31: Not much of a baseball fan at all, actually, but I do like some of the scene in Wrigleyville. I might just have to roadtrip to Chicago for a home game and set up with the girls in a bar to watch the game up there with my jersey and veil on. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that a party suite at Soldier would cost about as much as my wedding :o(
I am not a football fan but the mr. is and I want to take sexy pics for him in my veil holding his teams jersey!
I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to say I'm with you sweetcrackers! I was totally hoping the Bears were playing the Rams in STL so I could go!
It sucks being down here away from my sports teams - I'm not even in market for Cubs games, and it pains me to watch the Cardinals.

Last night I told My Love that I want to wait until the NFL publishes the fall 2012 schedules because I heard that my Chicago Bears are coming to play in St. Louis, where we live. I said I either want:
to get married whatever the day is before that game so we can get a party room and use that as the after-wedding brunch thing
-OR-
to get married a few weeks AFTER the game so I can have a bachelorette party or bridal shower there. I REALLY want to wear a veil with my Brian Urlacher jersey.
If the Bears aren't coming to St. Louis then I don't really care (sorry Rams, you're not worth the party room price on your own), but I can't sort any of this out till the NFL puts out the 2012 schedules.
Hurry it up, Commissioner!
