It’s been a rough couple of days. I’ve consumed more candy than I have the entire quarter of summer (twizzlers, peanut butter cups, sour candy!) but that is ONLY the beginning. I’ve had McDonalds 2x in the past week (more than I have had in the last month), I’ve had pizza a couple of times and something potato related every day of the last week (baked potato sloppy joes, fries, pierogies).
OH MY GOODNESS I’ve just fallen off the deep end and now my pants are tight
Am I alone? I keep telling myself it’s from the waiting stress-AS IN IF I CAN’T SHUT MY MOUTH I’LL STUFF IT WITH FOOD….or is this just PMS haha!

Somehow I missed this thread! I’m actually the opposite – when I get stressed out, I DON’T eat. Which is so strange because normally I’m a bit of a binge eater. If I feel stressed or nervous or worried, I lose my appetite. So no food for me.
But I do get munchie when I am PMSing – so maybe that is it for you too??

I think hormones are to blame. Personnally, EVERY MONTH, the week before I get my period, I feel like eating burgers, pizzas, fastfood like, every day ! It’s insane. Then the second I start bleeding, I am back with my normal healthy food habits.

HAHA okay good. This past week I’ve eaten like crap and I know yesterday/today I’ve had some ‘feel sorry for me’ waiting posts. (PS I’ve turned a corner this afternoon lol…guess I just needed to type out with the bees because I’m feeling MUCH better-which is good considering SO and I are going on a double date with our favorite engaged couple who is in the thick of their wedding planning!!)
I am really hoping the eating IS jsut PMS because otherwise I’m going to put on 20 pounds in two weeks lol.
It’s good to know I’m not alone!!

I bought a bag of fritos (a huge bag) bbg at that and coca-cola at work yesterday. I generally don’t eat crap like that so you are not the only one

@veryberry13: all of that sound so good haha and I do the same thing when I’m PMSing, I’ll take over milkshakes and ice cream haha actually that’s my first cue that I’m entering that stage of the cycle
