I actualy bought mine first, then went to the Maggie website and saw a bunch of other ladies rocking it! It boosted my confidence that it photographs really, really well by a regular photographer. I was amazed at how well it complimented all the different body types
I bought my dress and the following weekend my FI and I went away for the weekend and were walking around the city we were in and I picked up one of those free magazines and it had a feature of a wedding and the girl was wearing my dress! I was so excited! We have the same color hair and body type and the dress looked great on her! She also did her hair similar to how I am doing mine. I thought it was great to see and really made me sure that the dress I bought was perfect (for me)!
I wish I could see mine anywhere! I think I'll be the last bride in the world to wear my dress as they stopped selling it like 2 weeks after I purchased it. Which is great, because I really don't know anyone else that would have it, but I would like to see it somewhere, just so I could gaze at it's loveliness.
I had this same thought the other day. Although I am curious... I avoid searching for such pictures. It's mine and I love it on me. I think it would be impossible not to compare how I look if I saw it on another real bride. I'm glad my dress was new for 2009, which decreases the chances of me seeing it in another wedding before mine in October.
It finally happened!! I found a wedding where the bride wore my dress...actually, she "ROCKED" the dress. I am so incredibly in love with this wedding and this bride (even with the side of her head shaved!!)!! The details are amazing and the photographer is unbelievable!! It looks more like a great photo shoot than a real life wedding. I'm drooling. I hope I look half as amazing in the dress as she does.

I hate her and her fabulous wedding and photography. Le sigh. No I'm just supremely jealous. :)
She looks like a model herself... she's incredibly tall & has a great body! What a fun, beautiful wedding :)

My wedding dress has been featured in a number of photo shoots and advertisments in all kinds of bridal magazines over the past year. However, I have yet to see it actually worn by a real-life bride on her wedding day. I've been blog stalking wedding-related websites for months now, waiting for a glimpse of that dress.
I haven't actually decided whether I want to see another bride wearing my dress. If I'm the only one, then I feel unique and that the dress is ALL mine. But I'm also very curious as to how it looks on real-life brides (as opposed to models in the magazines). Oh, but what if it looks better on her??!!
Anyone else waiting to spot their dress?? Has anyone else seen their dress on another bride?? What was your reaction??
