- Wedding: October 2014 - Fort Lauderdale Beach
For Brides who have or have had 10 or less attendees for their wedding, how do I know when to walk down the aisle? Does the Maid of Honor inform me when it’s time? I am having a tiny wedding on a beach behind a hotel and I am a bit confused by this. I am also being given away by my best friend (not MOH) and I don’t want it to look insanely awkward when I walk down the aisle. I don’t have anyone else walking down the aisle either.

vlzaccaria: The officiant can signal you. If you are having music, you can time your walk to a certain point in the song.

We are having slightly more attendies at 22.. Since our venue has a day of coordinator she will cue the music.
You can have your officiant signal you, or just go buy the song. that’s what rehersals or just a quick run through the day before.. are for.

Agree with everyone else, get your officiant to signal you. I had a teeny, tiny wedding with 8 people and I walked down the aisle by myself. We also have no attendants because then who would have sat down and actually watched the wedding!
