Question ladies. I’m a liturgical dancer..so the ladies I dance with..I want them to come in dancing before me…but if they come in before me…how will the guest know when to stand. I want to come in on the song Golden by Chrisette Michele. or should I choose another song for them to dance then have it cut off?..I figure no one wants to watch people dance for a whole 5 minutes.

Technically, the mother of the bride stands when the bride is entering and everybody else is to take their cue from her. So as long as your mom knows when to stand, everyone else should follow suit. Is there a particular part in the song where there is a bit of a pause and then a big music section? That would be perfect. You could also have all your girls who are dancing stop and turn to the back when it gets to the point where you enter – that would definately get everyone’s attention.

@JenGirl: That’s perfect! I forgot that the MOB stands and to have them turn around is perfect! thanks!
