I've seen some guest pictures you've posted and they look amazing as it is. I cannot wait to see the pro pics/videos. :)
I think you are going about it correctly and I am sure the powers that "bee" will appreciate the thought. Have you tried asking to see if it will matter?
I put quite a few of my pictures on the boards, and was still chosen to be a "Real Wedding". I put maybe 10 or so of my pro pics up. Maybe more. But Pengy said they usually do like 50 or so for the real wedding feature. So, that leaves you with plenty to surprise us all with!

@baldor1: Thanks! I thought about asking them but I was a little shy. Maybe Mr. Bee will appear like a magic fairy (a manly one!) and answer my question!
@Candy_Nee: Thanks! I looked at your thread - your wedding was beautiful! That's exciting that you got to be a Real Wedding! I'm no longer afraid to post my pro-pics on the boards :) I think I will still keep it to my favorites, though!
Dumb question: How do you access "real weddings" or submit your photos to become one?
I answered yes because I'd love to see more photos of real weddings including yours! There's only so many pics you can put on a post.

I love how I spend so much time on weddingbee but miss stuff like this. Wth? Lol. I think I'd wait it out before sharing, though I'd love to see them!

I'm not completely positive, but I think Pengy is in charge of them. Maybe she'll pop in and let us know if Mr. Bee doesn't?
@Lillindy: Hmm, I don't usually see Pengy on the boards, but I am going to take a past Real Wedding bride's word for it (Candy_Nee). I think when I get my pro pics I will just post a few favorites and keep most of the detail shots to myself :)
Hola! The hostesses alerted me to this thread! While we'd probably prefer not to run real weddings that have been featured much elsewhere (on other sites) we'd still love to feature weddings that have been featured here on the 'bee on the boards!!! :)

So this is not me tooting our own horn at all, but I know like many of you, I would love to be a "Real Wedding" feature on Weddingbee, or another wedding blog. I have already talked a little bit with my photographer about submitting our photos.
We got our wedding video yesterday and it should be online soon! Our pro-pics should be on their way. I obviously am DYING to share all of this with you all on the boards!
However, I can't help but wonder if the powers that "bee" (har har) would rather not post a Real Wedding that has already been all over the boards. I went through the Real Weddings on Weddingbee and I don't think any of them were on the boards, though I could be wrong. I already posted a recap with non-pro pics here, and I am started to think I should keep our professional stuff to myself until we know for sure that we aren't going to be blogged.
Is this dumb or paranoid, or a good approach?
