I’d like some tips on getting started on a photo slideshow. I have no experience with power point, but I’ve played around with it recently and think I could get the hang of it quickly.
How many photos are appropriate? How long? I know for sure we’d like to include Michael Buble’s Everything.
Please tell me what I need to know to get started! Thanks!

from my opinion: an appropriate length of time 3-4 songs (10-12 minutes). I typically play each photo for 5 seconds–so around 100-150 pictures. You growing up, your fiance growing up, the two of you dating, then engagement.
I think an easier program to use would be to use Windows Movie Maker (if you have a PC) It’s a free program that comes with your basic programs on a PC. It’s fairly easy to use, just import the pictures and music, place the pictures on the timeline (i think the length of showing the pictures defaults to 5 second intervals). Place the music on the audio timeline. To use effects for transitions from picture to picture, right click the picture and select which effect you want to use.
Hope that helps! Good luck making your slideshow
