How about making each table have a dating site theme? Or have a picture of you guys designed to look like an e harmony profile in your cocktail area. Have a friend film a mock e- harmony commercial featuring the two of you and send out email STD's or design your invites in that theme.
The FH and I also met on eharmony,but the only tech stuff we're bringing into our reception is the fact that we're coming into the reception to Mario Bros music (my idea, thought it would be fun as the FH is a HUGE mario fan), and i have far too many pictures of me infront of the computer, etc.
It would be a neat idea to bring something about that into the reception though. I was toying with the idea of the FH and I making a "commercial" for eharmony to play at the reception during the slideshow presentation since everyone keeps bugging me about when they'll see me on tv. Wouldn't be too hard to do if you know someone that has a vid camera and you can do the editting, etc yourself if you have the time.

If you have a Mac laptop or iMac you can set up photobooth so people can take pictures of themselves.

Mr. Happy and I met on E-Harmony. I'd like to incoporate how technology brought us together into our reception. I also wouldn't mind incorporating it into our wedding too. The only thing I've been able to think of is playing "Computer Love" at the reception. I'm corny, but I'm not that corny. Any suggestions? Before you get too carried away remember my budget is only $3,000- $4,000.
