I just added an idea to add a work/job/career/employment board. I find that there are lots of work related threads, from people asking for good luck at interviews, or saying they got laid off (or the same with their sig. other!) or that their boss or coworker said something (like the girl whose coworker commented about her weight, ugh!) or asking about job related issues.
