Whichever online shops you beautiful brides browse for bridesmaids dresses, I would just like to share my experience with Dressfirm.com.
My wedding is within a few weeks and I thought that beautiful bridesmaids dresses were on the way. We were shocked when we opened the packages. The dresses were about 50 shades darker than the image and the quality was so cheap, it looked like I paid $10 for it. My bridesmaids received the dresses directly and didnt quite know how to break the news to me. I was devastated when I saw it.
I’ve incurred over $500 of costs to get these dresses.
Here’s the CRACKER, upon asking for a full refund, the customer services department responded that the “photo’s are doctored“!! Yes in so many words!! I am willing to forward this email to whomever wants to see it.

Holy goodness! So sorry… sometimes a good deal isn’t really a good deal!

@jenilynevette: Also, if you paid with paypal you can contact them and open a claim. If you have problems with the company, paypal will probably be a good route. They solved my case in less than a day.

Thanks for the comments ladies. Yes, I have now filed a case with Paypal and trust that they will handle the process fairly. After my initial post, the dressfirm replied that they would give me $10 as compensation! The dresses amounted to $500, so I dont know how $10 is deemed any sort of compensation. My bridesmaids are still looking for new dresses, but they have found some wonderful options, so thats looking promising 🙂
