Thank you so much for the warning, I'm planning on getting married in Southern California next November so I will definitely stay far away. That's horrible and very unprofessional what they did to you. It's supposed to be your special day!! You shouldn't have had to pay for anything in my opinion. I hope you at least get some of your money back for your veil.

I know that the company Design Visage is very popular in the LA area for wedding hair and makeup (including for asian brides, which I am). Unfortunately, all of these terrible things happened to me because I hired Design Visage, and I would like to warn others so it doesn't happen to you.
- on my wedding day, they got make up on my veil. it made me an hour late and because of that we didn't finish family photos and lost time for the reception.
- two of my bridesmaids' hair up-do's fell out (you can see it falling out in the wedding pictures)
- my skin looks oily and shiny in the pictures.-
- they tried to give me only 2 beauticians to do hair and makeup for SEVEN people in 2 hours.
- they use cheap makeup despite charging high prices (drug store brands, including reused mascara which caused an eye infection)
- i had to demand and fight for reimbursement for my veil, and then Caren never gave it to me. What awful customer service.
