Wow.  That is terrible.  I’m so sorry you had to go through that!!  Glad you ordered a different hair piece though, thank god!  I used affordableelegancebridal.com and I was impressed with their quality and communication.  This Kirsten biz sounds like such a scam!  Ugh! 🙁

@MrsEME:  I’m sorry this happened to you.  They aren’t even the same product advertised.  Makes you wonder whether the seller thinks her customers are blind.  I don’t know what she thinks she’s selling!

If you paid via paypal you have 45 days since the date of the transaction to dispute it — One of the reasons you can dispute is that the item is not as described, which it isn’t.

@Hyperventilate:  i second this. Show the pictures you posted here. If you have secondary emails requesting reponses from her, show them these as well.

I would make the claim as quickly as possible, to show the shoddy job was by this person, and not from wear-and-tear.

Oh gosh, how terrible. I would have swallowed the lack of communication and stressful experience if the products had been perfect. But I would definitely dispute the purchase and get a refund.

@MrsEME: I’m sorry you had such a bad experience.  Hopefully the situation will resolve itself.

I ordered a headband from her and I was extremely happy with the end result.  Yes, the product takes a few weeks go get, but it is handmade and I understand that.

Paypal is usually pretty fair about disputing charges. I would definitely dispute that charge because she definitely misrepresented her product.

@MrsEME:  I know its been a while since your post but I ordered a headband from Kirsten Kuehn before reading any of the negative reviews online (and there are several). I was supposed to have received my item weeks ago but have no heard anything from them. I’ve sent emails and also resorted to posting a comment on Kirsten’s personal FB page but still nothing 🙁 I don’t know what else to do. Any thoughts/suggestions?
