Seems like a good deal to me, but my invitations are $7 each, so my view of reasonably priced may be a little skewed.

Yeah that is a really good deal! That is 1.35 per piece (2.70 for each invite). The ones I looked at were wayyyyyyy more than that.

To be honest it is hard to give you an accurate YES or NO because there is so much variation when it comes to Wedding Stationery (paper quality, design elements, type of print etc)

Kind of like if I said… did I get a good deal when I paid $ x for a coat. That could be a Spring Coat… a Winter Coat… or a Fur Coat.

It is still a coat, and does the same thing, ya know.

Personally we used Wedding Paper Divas… and thought their “Signature” product met our needs (they offer… Signature – Custom – Letterpress – Thermography – and Foil lines)

Our Invites were a double-sided printed card 6.25 x 4.5 and cost us GROSS $ 1.64 per unit (including Envelopes) for 70 Invites (amount BEFORE Taxes & Shipping)

Now we had a discount code… so ended up paying out what worked out to $ 1.43 per unit (including Envelopes) for 70 Invites (amount BEFORE Taxes & Shipping)

We were very pleased with Wedding Divas… the Quality of their product, along with Customer Service.  Our Invites were fun & unique (we had a very Casual Back Home Reception after our Elopement to a Destination Wedding)

    — — —

I looked it up, and for a similar product as we got… from this same company they would charge for 100 Invites GROSS $ 1.74 per Unit (including Envelopes)… again BEFORE Taxes & Shipping

And for 100 RSVPs GROSS $ 1.14 per Unit (including Envelopes)… again BEFORE Taxes & Shipping

So combined that would work out to $ 2.88 GROSS per Unit… based on 100… and again BEFORE Taxes & Shipping

BUT as the case with this company (and most that sell Wedding Stationery) there are always SALES on (be sure and sign up for Email Notifications) .  This is how we got the Discount Code, that gave us a $ 15 Discount… and brought our Printing Order down substantially

So looking at your numbers, I’d say you are in a relatively good ballpark.  But like I said at the top of the post, it is hard to know without seeing the product in person, because like a coat one can differ a lot from another.

    Hope this helps (some),

PS… Just to be clear… as it is an element that a lot of folks miscalculate on.  You’ve ordered 100 Invites… which means for the most part your Guest List is somewhere around the 200 mark… Right ?  I say this because a lot of Brides make this mistake… and accidently order 1 Invite per person… vs 1 per address.

AND did you order any extra envelopes?  Having some extras is a good idea, because inevitably you make some errors.  And you can’t normally just go out and buy Envelopes if you run out… because Invites tend to be odd sizes / custom.

@Lisandrag16:  I did my own invites which cost me $2.89 each including postage ($0.65), inner and outer envelopes, pocketfold cards with ribbon closure, and 3 inserts.  Since your invites are only going to be slightly more than mine, I’d say you got a fair price, but it’s hard to say without actually seeing your invite.  Here’s a pic of mine to give you an idea (cardstock weight #80, inserts #70, matting #107)
