I’m in a friend’s wedding next year, and she sent me this link today to show me what dresses she’s thinking of:
Did anyone use Watters for their maids? Can you tell me how much they cost (especially if they were lace, but any ballpark will help, really)? Any idea about the cost of any of the dresses on that page?
They’re soooo beautiful but I’m worried they’re going to cost a fortune!

My BMs wore a long, chiffon strapless from Watters and it was $200.

Watters doesn’t come cheap at all.

I think those lace ones are closer to $280 – $300. The floral ones are $290
ETA: If you google Watters and the style number, and look under shopping, you can see a lot of the prices.

thanks girls! I did some googling, but I can never tell if what I’m looking at is this season, last season, new, secondhand, etc. just wanted to see if any of the bridal gurus on here had a better idea of what they might cost!
$280 is a lot! Ugh!

@TwoStatesBride: They’re gorgeous but stupidly expensive. I looked at them for my girls but when we found out price I about choked, lol.

Many of the watters dresses are on weddington way, with prices.

My BMs were quoted around $250ish I think but looked online and found for cheaper. The store we tried them on at were able to price match for them.

I would guess around 250. Mine for my girls were all around 200, those were short chiffon ones with no lace. I paid for all my girls dresses. They are good quality and everyone seems to love them. 🙂

Maybe you and the bride can research trunk shows. My girls bought Jim Hjelm Occassions bridesmaid dresses which were originally $250 and we got for $225 because during the trunk show they were 10% off. It made the price a bit more reasonable (low 200s). Some trunk shows go up to 20% off. So if she’s stuck on that dress, every little bit helps.
