Do they have the color and same fabric on another Watters dress? It won't be the dress that you chose but at least you would be able to see it and the fabric used in a dress.
No!! It's so frustrating! Every place I've called has NO sample dresses in this color, so none of the bridal folks seem to know what color it really is either. One of the places said they'd call tomorrow and try to get me a larger swatch of it, but I'm also a little rushed (it's crunch time!) so I'm just feeling a little panic. But i'm trying to chill out and be patient. Just not sure what I'm going to do if I cant get a larger swatch!
Wow that's really strange and I'd be pretty frustrated, too!! A bigger swatch won't really help as much as you want it to. Try to stay calm, don't fret!! If you love the color AND the dress, I would say take a risk and more than likely, it will be fine. As long as the color swatch goes with your colors and your vision, I would think it would be fine. It really bothers you, I would try looking at some other colors that would go with your wedding, neutrals are always good (ie browns, black, grays, taupes, etc)

Why don't you write Watters directly I'm sure somewhere on they're website there mst be a contact number or e-mail. They should be able to help you
Edit: went on their site under contact us go to the bottom of the page under catalog there is a form link there you could ask for bigger swatch

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered a Watters dress in Maroon?? We have finally decided on a dress::

But, NO ONE has a bigger swatch than an inch by, like, a half inch! I can't tell at all what a full dress will look like in this color by that! I'm truly not sure what to do.
We are going for a wine color, and the Maroon on my home computer is PERFECT! The Maroon on my work computer is too purpley! No one in Denver has a dress in the Maroon Satin Backed Taffeta, and I'm feeling completely helpless! This search has been quite difficult, so I'm so glad to be at the end, and now we cant figure out the color! Urg.
Hoping someone out there may have ordered a dress in Maroon? Or at least seen one? It's along shot...but it was worth an ask!
