So today I went to buy stamps for our invites and took in a sample to be weighed just in case. The invite was way under the weight but apparently since I included a wax seal on the outside the postage would be bumped up to .70 rather than the .49. Would you just go ahead and pay the extra or should I just incorporate the wax seal somewhere else?
We are having a buffet and will not be having real glass dinnerware but are going with nice plastic and plastic silverware that looks real. I was thinking that I could just put a folded paper napkin, then a thank you note , with the silverware on top wrapped in like a belly band with the seal on it. So that there is something on the tables. The other option would just to have all that without the wax seal and just do the extra postage…
