Aww well that's really nice of you! I feel like I kinda went overboard on my BMs too. I spent a decent amount on them so far, and I keep thinking of more ideas! I have to tell myself no on a daily basis :)
I am struggling the resist the urge to go overboard!
I am planning on giving my girls a pashmina, a $30 giftcard for a manicure & pedicure and some OPI or China Glaze nailpolish and maybe a nice lip gloss or lip balm. I'm hoping to stay around $65 per girl.
But, now I am really wanting to add new stuff into the mix. Whenever the sale websites like Ideeli & Rue La La have nice make-up on sale, I consider adding that into the mix! I'm also looking for a cheap beauty bag to put the nail polish & lip gloss into.
I just bought my BM gifts this past weekend, and while I only bought them each one thing (as opposed to many small things) I went over budget. I keep reminding myself that they are a part of my day because they have helped shape my life and my relationship -- so I think getting them something nice to thank them for being there for me (and spending so much for my wedding!!) is ok!
I went somewhat overboard, and I'm in the same position - I keep seeing things I want to add!! I went over budget on my 1 gift I wanted to get them (Royal Doulton Figurine) then I found cute pajamas on sale, and got those..and I *know* I need to stop so I can keep saving to buy the groomsmen gifts, too!
I feel like I might end up this way! I already bought my girls Swarovski necklaces, and a Coach makeup bag, but now I want to fill it! Now I'm thinking I want to add a robe or PJs to it and even a pashmina! EEKKSS, the Fi will flip though!
Hahaha, its probably a combination of both. I wish I could spend more on the gifts than I did. I'd buy everyone a bunch of stuff. But I was already told that I'd gone overboard with what I did get. If you're not all that concerned about the money then have fun with it.
I am so with you on this too! I have to control myself. lol
I just added some umbrellas in case it rains. I want them to be taken cared of.
I got my girls cirslu necklaces and they were like $120. I thought that was good enough seeing as how i have 6 bm but i didn't know I was supposed to get them a gift for being hotesses? I love giving gifts too....maybe some philosophy bath soap from sephora?

I feel like I've gone way overboard on my BM gifts. I just love buying things for other people but I can't really seem to stop adding things to their gifts! I started by making little makeup cases for them and now I keep getting stuff to put in them.
Or maybe I just love shopping and I'm using the wedding as an excuse to shop more haha!
