you could do a colored sash, or maybe a big statement necklace. you could give her different colored flowers or a bigger bouquet than the rest.

What are your wedding colors? Maybe you can have the Matron & Maid of honor wear a different color thats in your color scheme? I was in a wedding where the bride did this and it looked beautiful.

What about doing something special for her bouquet? Maybe the same color/design as the BMs but bigger.

@heatherburks:  like that idea.

You could also have her have a different color bouquet?

You can have her wear a brooch on her dress, something small but it is still very nice.

I was MOH for my sister, we all wore the same dress in the same color.  The difference was, all the other girls carried candles down the aisle and I carried a rose.  Also, their hair was pinned up and mine was down.

I am having all my girls in the same dresses in the same color.  my MOH will have a slightly larger bouquet in a different color than the rest.

Different flower colors, different shoe colors, everybody has their hair up and your MOH has her hair down, or if you have a flower in your hair, she does too.  There are tons of ways to higlight your best girl.  🙂

I’m helping stylize my friends wedding and we have chosen that she will have a longer (black) BMs dress but will have the same color flowers as the bride while the rest of us are another color.

My bridesmaids dress is a pretty simple short, navy blue dress. My MOH will have a sparkly silver sparkly belt added to hers as well as a larger bouquet.

My BM’s are wearing a single pearl drop necklace that I bought them. I got my MOH a long strand of pearls instead. They all have the same dress and bouquets, but I wanted my MOH to stand out.

@heatherburks:  My bm’s will have small flowers in their hair.  MOHs will have a large flower in their hair!

I agree with the others who commented on changing up her bouquet a bit.  My MoH and BMs will be wearing the same dress, so I am incorporating roses into my MoH’s bouquet. (:
