Does the light green bother anyone else? I feel like there is not enough contrast and my eyes start to blur. I mean I realize that this exact green is and continues to be the newest “it” color, but I don not see the relationship between bees and the color green. In reality it looks nice all together, but prolonged exposure causes bleeding of the eyes balls.

I personally prefer blue but have no problem with the light green… I used to dislike it on another computer though, but realized it was my monitor… could that be it?

It kinda bothers me. Its just a weird color choice. I choose purple!

I don’t mind it until we get to the 10,000+ post color. I like the shade I’m at right now.

Green is my favorite color and WB is my favorite website so it’s all good in my book 🙂 I think if things started getting rainbowy it would be more of an eyesore than shades of green.

@beemo: You could always make a suggestion in the “ideas” section of the website! We love getting feedback to hear what Bees think would make this site better. 🙂

@beemo: Yes, it’s horrible! The light green on white background gives poor contrast. Black text on yellow background isn’t particularly good contrast either. Most sites do black on white background (with links in a dark colour like blue), and there’s a reason for that.

The green bothers me every time I come on the site. I literally think “god why did they choose this color” every time I log on. I’d be ok with green if it could just be darker and give more contrast!

ETA: Oh hey… I’m a Sugar bee! When did that happen? Lol
