Muddling through January, I think we could all use a little pick me up, no? Enter the Weddingbee Valentine's Day Card Swap 2011! Grab your sparkle pens, get creative, and send some love out to fellow hive members this February!
Send a photo of your creation to wbcardswap@gmail.com.
Sign up at Swap-bot and join our swap with the password: hive. Please keep in mind that you have to join the swap, not just Swap-bot! Sign up date is one week from today, January 24th. The send by date is February 7th, but please send earlier should you receive international partners. Remember to go back to the Swap page once you've sent your creations to mark them as sent, and then to rate your partners once you've received your cards :) Just like the Christmas swap, we'll each receive 3 partners.

@bakerella: Count me in! Though I must say that I am a little bummed that I never received all 3 cards for the Christmas swap. Hopefully the V-Day swap works out better.

I want to do this too! I only got 2 out of 3 for the Holiday cards, and I never heard from anyone I sent mine too - I hope they received them! I am excited, I love these swaps!
Oh, it doesn't have to be DIY cards either. I got some very nice store bought cards, too! I LOVE GETTING MAIL!!! :)
@yrret107: I totally love the uber cheesy retro kids Valentine's Day cards. Remember the ones that you had to punch out of a book? I'm seriously going to try to find some of those for this swap... So fabulous. No DIY required. Just a love for the silly ;)

For those of you had trouble last time...
After you log into swapbot with email and password. Click on the bakerella 's link for the swap.
You should see this page.
Click the "Join swap" at the bottom.
Then you will see this page...
Now, click the "Yes, sign me up!"
Then you should get a window where it asks you if you want to join the swap.
Thanks Bakerella for setting this up. I can't wait to start on mine. I'm going to go to the craft store tomorrow, so all the valentines days stuff doesn't sell out like it did for the christmas swap.

Yayyyy! So excited! And I'm definitely going to do something cooler then I did for the Christmas swap...my Christmas cards although adorable were rather lame and generic (it wasn't my fault my cricut wasn't working and I finally figured out what's wrong with it!!!). And hopefully I'll get all 3 this time, I was kind of sad I only got 2 for the Christmas swap!
I'll join for sure, but I'm going to warn everyone that I will be doing store bought cards since our wedding is 2/19 :) I'll make sure to buy the cute ones!

@panterapeach: Only your swap partners will receive your address. I think I may also have access to it as the admin on the swap, but it won't be posted for everyone to see. No PO box required.
i'm in! i also only received 2 out of 3 holiday cards, so hopefully i'll get all 3 this time around. it was exciting to get fun mail :)

Oh yay! I was hoping we would do this again. I participated last year and had a ton of fun. The valentines I received were top notch, so I know I need to pick up my game this year!
Im signing up! but im reluctant as my wedding is quickly approaching - loved the christmas swap though so i have to do it! it will be awesome to get some valentines cards right before the wedding :)
Count me in...also don't forget to rate your Christmas swap partners on Swap-bot. The ratings help open up more swaps for those who might want to do various other (non-WB) swaps throughout the year :)

I'm excited, the Valentine's Day one last year was the first one I did and it was awesome! I'm with the PP's though, I only got 2/3 Holiday cards, so my fingers are crossed for this one.
I think I'm the only one who got all my cards, LOL! Alright ladies, if you make the commitment you have to send your cards!!!
