Thanks! I've heard the same thing about the annoying paperwork from a lot of people. It is our first home! I wish I had pics of it to share here so you all could see it!
Everything so far has just gone so fast! I made the offer yesterday and got a response later the same day. On Tues is our inspection and everyone involved has the purchase agreement, etc. already!
@dolphi99: the inspection is great. You will learn a lot about the house.
@bestbuddies: Yeah I am looking forward to getting it done. I'm not expecting anything big to be found though. It looks in great shape for the most part and DH works with construction stuff so he has a good idea about a lot of that stuff, and he wasn't concerned so...
I just can't help it, I'm trying not to, but I'm already making some plans for the house, I'm so bad!

Thanks! I just can't wait to move in and start making it ours! Like I mentioned above I find myself already planning out stuff for how we'll lay out the furniture, etc! And I so can't wait to paint. Finally I don't have to have white walls all the time!!!

Congrats! I am jealous of your kitchen space!! And when we closed, yes it was a lot of papers, but honestly, it wasn't that bad. Although my signature was much different comparing the beginning to the end, and I spent a good amount of time beforehand figuring out how to sign my name (we got married 6 months before we settled)
Thanks everyone! The inspection went well, now we just have to get the apprasial done, and then all that paperwork :) ahh well, it'll be nothing compared to working as a nurse and for the government on top of that.

@MrsSl82be: Yeah it's a nice kitchen, so glad someone decided to build an addition for that.
@Juliepants: I do too, expecially the tub and it's a jacuzzi one as well!!!!

So we finally found the one! and We got it, well pending the inspection, and a ton of paperwork, but YAY!!!!!! I'm so excited, expecially after the luck we've been having, and we got it for much less then they had it listed too.
