Wow congrats, I know what you were going through - took ages for us to find a house, and when we did it took 9 months to exchange contracts and get it closed! It's a huge relief actually moving in!

@smyley: No!! That house ended up being covered in mold because of a jetted tub that had been leaking. Thank you for your advice on that last one! I mean, the seller had to know that the house wasn't in good shape but he insisted that we paid full asking price? Crazy.

Finally!! We closed on our house on Wednesday and got the keys today! We have waited so long (2+ years of looking for houses and so many problems underwriting/mess up's that we couldn't control) but WE'RE IN now!! I'll probably have some more house photos to share tomorrow but for now there's just a few!
