Oh wow! Congratulations! I love your plans for the outside although I don't think it looks bad as is, the porch and expanded dormer will kick it up 10 notches. And holy kitchen! It looks fantastic! Hope your inspection goes well!

I've been avoiding this board because we wanted a house so badly but the market around Boston is still quite expensive and moving really fast but we finally signed an offer this weekend!
Granted we haven't closed yet, home inspection is tomorrow - but providing that goes well we will officially be home-owners on May 27th! We are SO excited - it needs a little work, esp. the outside - but I've got plans for that :)
I'm not saying it's small - it's um, 'Right-Sized' at a little over 1600sf. But she has good bones, lots of light and a large fenced backyard....which means a PUPPY!
