Omg!! It's been a long time coming!! We were originally suppose to close on our home on April 23rd but due the complete incompetence of our first mortgage lender that did not happen. Working with that company was a complete nightmare!!! Basically this man had all of our information and just sat on it never submitting any of if to underwriting or anything. I was absolutely livid and filed a complaint where ever I could including the BBB. We pulled our info from them and decided to go with another company who closed us in two weeks!! I love you Deb at Cherry Creek Mortgage.
I'm so glad it's finally over. It was seriously starting to make me sick. I was having non-stop headaches and chest pains. I'm like this is crazy, buying a house is killing me.
So anywho, we have our keys but we'll be changing all the locks today and we'll spend the next week, week and a half moving and then the remodeling will begin.
