I have never eaten there before but I always here raves about the food. The closest one is in Birmingham I think, which isn't really convinent but I will have to go sometime.
The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory is delicious too! Just hop back on your diet tomorrow. It's okay to slip up every once in a while.
I get a different cheesecake everytime we go! It's so worth it because you get a lot of food for what you pay! They have awesome drinks, too.
nom nom nom!! I LOVE Cheesecake Factory! Especially the Godiva chocolate cheesecake - SO GOOD!!!!
My all time favorite item is the Miso Salmon. That's practically the only thing I get..which is a shame since they have so many items to choose from.
As for desert, I get the Godiva chocolate cheescake. I had their black out cake and their Chris cake (I think thats what it was called) neither SO or I like them. Too dry.
Haha! Yay! A lot of other bees have been there I see!
Me and hubby have been there 4 times now and can you believe that I have gotten the EXACT same meal every time? I ALWAYS get the Parmesan Chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes instead of fries!!! I LOVE it! AND I always have the other half of the sandwich for lunch the next day cuz it's so big!
we had cheesecake factory for dessert too!! oreo cookie cheesecake. yummy!
Looooove it. That's where we went before FH proposed :)
LOL @ OKQUEENBEE...
I do the same thing. I always just order my usual.
CF is my ultimate fav restaurant (well chain restaurant anyway) and i go there whenever im stressed out! my fav is their spicy chicken pasta or chicken tacos. im not much of a cheesecake person but their baked apple thingy used to be my fav, but they dont have it at my normal cheesecake factory anymore *pout*
of course now that im trying to lose weight i cant go there as much (google them to check out the cal counts on that stuff) and if i do i only eat half a portion at a time, but NOM NOM NOM!!!:)
oh and has anyone tried the new red velvet cheesecake!?!?!? insanity!
mmmmm I LOVE Cheesecake factory!!!!!mmmmmmmmmm
@okqueen don't worry...one day won't hurt! and I always order the same one or two things from most places!
@ spaganya - I don't wanna look at the calorie content! NOOOOOOOO!!!
@ wendy & sulli - I seem to always order the same thing at a lot of different places too. I guess it's because it's expensive to eat out, so when you find something that you LOVE, it's a gamble to try something different!
I personally cannot stand Cheesecake Factory. I have never had anything there that I liked. Plus I cannot justify 1200 calories for a piece of cheesecake, although their cheesecake is the best thing there.
@ Ms.Caniche - After a week like I've had, I could justify pretty much any amount of calories for anything!
Honestly, I hate their food. Even if it was priced lower I still wouldn't think it was worth it :/
Their cheesecake is FABULOUS (especially the white chocolate raspberry!), but I only ever eat it if I am at an event that is serving it.
It is sad though, because the one by my house is gorgeous and the whole restaurant overlooks the marina and the ocean!
I HEART CHEESECAKE FACTORY!! Omg I thought I was weird cause I always get the same thing too! LOL. I love the dulce de leche and turtle. There is so much that I love on their menu the drinks, apps. When I moved from St Louis all I could think was how sad I wont be able to go to Cheesecake Factory anymore of course when I go back to visit friends I stop in. Did I already say how much I love this place!!! LOL
I USED TO WORK THERE! the food is really good, and the cheesecakes! yum! My favorite: fresh banana cream cheesecake! delicious!
I can't win this week with my diet either. I've been saying that for three weeks now.
FI and I had a date night with Cheesecake factory last weekend. Nothing like some yummy food and and Monsters vs. Aliens (we got takeout and watched the movie at home) I also always get the same thing, 4 cheese pasta with chicken and the tiramisu. Soooo deliclous but yeah I hate to even think about how many calories I'm eating. Luckily I'm always able to split it up into 2 or 3 meals.
yuuummmmy! I think a rough week definitely calls for some cheesecake factory! :)
Good for you girl. If you don't cheat on your diet every now and then you'll go insane and then go on a sweets binge for a week straight (well, actually, that's what I would do)
I love the pasta davinci. That's my "usual" but we only go there like once a year b/c we don't have one in our town:(
Om nom nom nom! I think splurging on your diet every now and then is actually good for your sanity, lol! :)
I enjoy going there, but we don't go often. When we do, though, we have one about 5 mintues away so it's nice and convenient. I always get the Pasta DiVinci and indulge in the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake...and I don't care what people say about it being frozen, I still love it, lol!
Love it there! You should try their strawberry shortcake. It's all I wanted for my birthday last year.
FYI: If you go between 4-6 on Monday through Friday they have great appetizer deals in the bar area. I've gone with a friend and split a few things and had it cost about $10, total!
I've only ever been to Cheesecake factory when we were on vacation in LA, Las Vegas and Seattle... so maybe 6 times ever, but I've never had dessert. Neither me or FI eat cheesecake, so I don't know why we always wind up there.. haha
@Lillindy- we have the same favorite dinner dish and I totally spelled it wrong... oops! :)
It's SOOOO yummmy!
EVERY time, I order the chicken piccata and a couple peach bellinis - so good. My mouth is watering thinking about those bellinis... I usually have to take my cheesecake to go and eat it for breakfast the next day!

This week has been really stressful & blah for me, so we went out to eat instead of cooking.
OMG. If you have never had it you are REALLY missing out. They have awesome food and their cheesecake is to DIE for (hence the name).
It's kinda pricey but man oh man is it worth it.
And before you ask, yes I had the cheesecake. Chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake to be exact. We actually got the dessert to go because we were full from dinner, so technically I HAVE the cheesecake. It is sitting in my fridge. I'm still too full to eat it, so I'm going to save it for tomorrow, but I took one tiny bite awhile ago and...
Bees, I am very. bad. *sigh* I just can't win this week with my diet.
