Weddingbee boards

The E-TURKEY worked!!! HAHA! :P WOW I cannot believe I am writing this right now! We are engaged!!! OMG!!!!

So my best friend and her husband came to visit us for Thanksgiving, and one of the things we knew we wanted to all do was go riding at the horse ranch where we keep my horse. We made plans to go yesterday, but in the morning before we left, SO came up with this idea of taking a Christmas card picture (ironic since I just posted on a thread about that saying how I wouldn't do that while we were still just BF/GF, haha) with the horse decked out in reindeer antlers and us with santa hats, lol! He was WAY excited about this, so I just went with it.

We ride out to the beach and stop at a spot where we usually take pictures for tourists that go on the rides, and my camera-happy best friend was ready and waiting to snap away some shots as we got out the hats and antlers. We get ready to pose and SO asks, "So, what do you think our card should say?" I just kinda give him a, "Uhh, I don't know" while thinking, "Really? Who cares, turn and face the camera, my horse is getting sick of wearing her Rudolph gear!" Hahaha so then he says, "What about, 'we're engaged'?"

UHHMMmm...WHAT?! I just turned to look at him in total amazement and he gets down on one knee. "Will you be my wife?"

AAAAAAAHHH!!!!! I couldn't stop saying, "Are you SERIOUS?!" "Is this for REAL?" "Are you kidding me right now?" and my friend and her hubs were laughing so much because other than that pretty much the only words out of my mouth were, "OH MY GOSH." Like over, and over again. OH and I was BAWLING like a baby. (he cried too!) I did manage to say, "YES!!" pretty quickly according to them but I feel like I blacked out!! At one point he was like, "Uhh, here! Aren't you gonna put this on?" I almost forgot that there was a ring involved, LOL. We have some great pics of it that i'll have to put up asap but they are all on my friend's camera. The ring is RIDICULOUSLY amazing. I am STILL in shock... I feel like I'm floating on air!!!

Sooooo, I would like to pass on the job of Waiting Board Listkeeper to whoever would like to take over! Thanks to everyone who have supported me here. You guys are so awesome!!!
