This isn't my photo, but we have the same cake topper which will go on the groomscake. He's a Buccaneer's fan and I am a Vikings fan so it's like he will be dragging me over the the Buccs side. It's unique and I guarantee your guests haven't seen it before. Not to mention cheap!! $15.00

@Mrs.ChubbyBunny: These are the two that I really really love....they describe us to a T, but they both are ridiculously priced. I could make the video game one for a lot less than what it is selling for, but I doubt I could find the still shopping sign. =/ lol
I LOVE THOSE! Omg the COD one is epic! If I were you, check out polymer clay at your craft store. It's easy to mold, comes in a million colors and you can bake it in your oven. You could make whatever you wanted with it. I made our actual wedding cake topper out of clay for less than $5.
I'm not help. We couldn't find a cake topper that we like so we just had flowers on the cake.
@Mrs.ChubbyBunny: Yeah I love that one too, I'm really thinking about getting everything to make it with because it wouldn't be difficult, and instead of the COD logo, we would use WOW, because that's all he plays I swear. haha Yours is really cute by the way! and if we don't go with something humerous we might just go with something classy and simple like our initials or something lol
I think that these are beautiful either made of fondant or real flowers.
@JoJoBananas: Yeah, I'm not a fan of flowers on cakes, especially real flowers, we opted out on flowers because it's going to be a winter wedding, and not to mention my allergies are awful when it comes to flowers, and that would be a nightmare, sneezing all day on my wedding day! yikes! Your cake is gorgeous though! I actually do like the red flowers on it :)
@tksjewlry: we are actually considering these small crystal/plastic black flowers to go on top. The person doing our cake, which is the one that actually did the cake in the picture, we're getting the same one, has the flowers and suggested them to us. We might use them, we might not. Not quite sure yet. lol
@lyr1: those are cute! but I'm not big into animals lol well animals on a cake anyway. lol And I was going to start browsing on etsy here in a bit, but the more I think about it the more I think we should just get something simple like our initials or the initial of our last name. I think I'm spending too much time worrying about the cake topper and not enough time worrying about other things! hahaha :P

So here is our wedding cake!
gorgeous! and delicioso I must say! but we're now on the hunt for the perfect cake topper. I know that might sound silly, but I don't want the normal bride and groom topper. We were looking into some funny ones, a few fitting us to a T but they were too epxensive. Do you have any ideas for a good cake topper for our cake? :)
