...And they accepted it!! Yay! I know its not ours yet and there is still a lot to do but I am so so happy!! Now its all just paperwork from here

@shannon1126: yeah mainly brick.. I presume its the style but its alot more durable and seems to be more popular. All the houses in my street are brick... there very much the more modern these days with concrete tilt up also for housing.

But I love seeing pictures of american housing.. just adorably cute and neighbourly!

Congratulations! FI and I are house hunting and I am SO jealous of your gas range and counter space in the kitchen! I'm afraid our little budget won't go far enough to get the good stuff but I can look at gorgeous houses like yours and pine :-)

@BunnyBrideToBe: Thanks!! Sadly if I lived in MA like you there is no way I could afford a house like that. Oklahoma real estate is so cheap is crazy but the price you pay is you live in nowhere, oklahoma lol.

Thanks so much ladies. We are super excited. We just got everything turned into the bank, the inspector and termite guy went to the house yesterday. I wish I could be there for all of this but as most know DH is working in Washington state right now and I am up here spending time with him so thank God for family back home helping us out.
