@countrylove:  That is SO wonderful!  I am very happy for you ๐Ÿ™‚  My husband went to Hawaii with his family when he was younger, and is still completely in love with how beautiful it is.  What a great honeymoon spot!

Sounds super exciting-  who is the company that is offering this?  Heads up- we ‘won’ a 7 day resort stay in Hawaii and it turned out to be a mega scam.  Ours was with Wyndham Vacations.

@countrylove914:  Hm.. I can’t find anything about “Marketing Concepts” because it’s so general- I found Advanced Marketing Concepts, Choice Marketing Concepts, Midwest Marketing Concepts.. you get the idea.  Too general a company name.

If you have more information, it would help.  Otherwise, if you see any of the following red flags, run:

  • You have to sit through a presentation.
  • You have to pay all the taxes/port fees/additional fees
  • There are blackout dates.  Scams typically can only be used in a very small window.
  • The resort/hotel nickels and dimes you for every single thing
