@cabana_bride:  10% is nothing.  That’s more than half of the year in Florida even on non-rainy days.

I am!! It was a momentous occassion to see it on the extended forecast! There’s lots of beautiful rainy day shots that photographers can get but I’m just praying for a sunny day!

Edit: It is looking like 40% chance of storms the day before and 50% chance the day of…..booooo

Two days out and I’ve been refreshing that page 900 times a day for the last 12 days (14 day forecast).

I went looney a long time ago.

Lol!  I have TWO weather websites up at home and at work — refreshing several times a day.  Glad to know I’m not alone!  So far ZERO percent chance of rain, but I won’t believe it until I see it.

As a Florida bride, I am pretty terrified of these tropical storms/hurricanes that are looking like they want to wreak havok on my day 🙁

I have been stalking the weather for like 2 weeks, which is rediculous, because it changes so much, but I can’t help it!

It drives FH nuts that I do this, because he works at a local TV station, and the meteorologists he works with say to him often that forecasts only get really accurate at three days out.

I was worried because for the past week or so we have had BEAUTIFUL weather. I mean seriously. perfect. (we just started getting rain, so that streak has ended). But living in the midwest I am worried that that was the last of the nice weather and now it will start getting cold. Oh well- all our stuff is inside, so its not really THAT big of a deal.

But then I checked the weather today- for the past few days it has been predicting low 60s for the 12th. Today it says low 70’s! 😀

again- I’m not getting my hopes up. it will probably change a bunch between now and then, but its moving in the right direction! (for now).

I have been stalking the weather for at least a week! It’s practically my new hobby. Currently it says 75 degrees and sunny and my fingers are crossed that it won’t change too much. Yesterday I actually started dancing in my cubicle when it said 80 and sunny (but I’ll take 75).

I wasn’t worried until there was a random torrential downpour a few Saturdays ago. I was thinking about all the weddings that were happening that day and feeling for them!

I have been checking two websites. Both say 74 degrees with 10% chance of rain. Fingers crossed it stays that way or similar with minimal to NO rain! 🙂

@Equine_Breeder:  Which website are you looking at?  The one I’m on says 30% for next Sunday and 60% for next Saturday O.o
