i feel your pain. i didn't even do one because i didn't know what to do.
maybe you could frame it as a narrative, from when you first met and taking it through important events in your relationship? that seems pretty straightforward. sorry i can't be of more help!
I know, it sounds so simple! It's worse than writing a personal statement or performance review!
I designed everything in iWeb and Photoshop and am hosting the website on DreamHost.
I did a His Story/Her Story thing & it was PAINFUL to get my fiance to actually write his part but it turned out well. It was just an abbreviated version of how we met & started to fall in love. (Inspired by one Martin episode where all the characters have a total Rashomon moment about how Martin & Gina first met.)
I haven't sent the website out to folks yet b/c I havent settled on a few important things (like, am I ABSOLUTELY going to have this wedding!), but you can check it out:
My friends in their about us section just listed different nouns like teacher, friend, coffee drinker, etc. This might be easier than writing evrything out.

I think it is pathetic that our website has been up since December and we still haven't been able to write the "About Us" section. Anyone want to share how they did that? I need inspiration!
