FH wants to move back to UT and trying to find sites that are even mildly helpful is so hard. Does anyone happen to know of a website with listings for houses available near Provo?

This may seem like an obvious suggestion and I don't know if you've gone this route, but have you considered Craigslist? Here's a link to Provo area of Utah Craigslist. http://provo.craigslist.org/apa/ Living in a variety of places, I've had lots of luck finding apartments and homes with craigslist. :-)

DH and I have found our last 4 apartments through Craislist. We rented two 2 bedroom apartments, a townhouse (3 bed, 2 full 2 half bath) and our current house (3 bedroom, 2 bath with a huge backyard) and found all of them through craigslist! We have had 1 awesome landlord, 2 landlords that were not so great and 1 pretty good landlord. Good luck!
