This is the site we plan on using to make ours. The books are very high quailty.
Even with Adorama, you have to design yourself using very limiting templates, and the quality still isn't quite professional. If you have the rights, have you considered contacting another photographer in your area who might be willing to design and order an album for you at an affordable rate?
Can you ask your photographer for a recommendation? He may even be willing to do one for you? It's worth asking. Otherwise find another professional. There are a lot of diy photo book sites but none compare to the quality of a professional album.
We used adorama and made an album for a friend. The quality of the print and page was exceptional! We will be creating one now for our guest book.
The templates are kind of blah but I bet you could put a request out on Etsy and have a designer there do if for you. In all honesty its not hard, just time consuming.

Our photographer does not offer wedding albums as part of his photography packages. We were married in June and I now have all of the images on DVD (and own the images outright). I don't have the time or design skills to use the DIY sites like Blurb, but most of the companies I've found online only offer their services to professional photographers.
Does anyone know of a company that sells and designs wedding albums to individuals who own the rights to their own photos?
