Does anyone have any idea where inexpensive alterations are in the LA area?

First Class Tailors. Ask for Marina and tell her Angela the art dealer sent you. They are awesome to work with and the last time I was in, she was working on a wedding dress fitting. :)
Renee at In Stitches does wonderful work. She did my wedding dress and has a bunch of stellar reviews on yelp.
My sister got her gown alter at www.elite-tailor.com, they are friendly and done a great job, the best part was the price. She liked their service so much she came back with other outfit tobe alter. I'm planning to bring my gown there once I pick out my dress.
You're about an hour away? North or South of LA? I'm getting ready to start checking out some places about 30-45(ish) minutes North of LA in February, check out this thread I posted a few months back. It's got some awesome recommendations!!

Hi! I know of 2 great seamstresses! One is in long beach and the other in redondo beach.. Long beach is altering my wed dress, and redondo beach is altering the bms dresses.. Let me know if you want their info! Good Luck!
I used Reene too! I haven't gotten married yet, but it's been a great process. I ended up going in 4 times, the last time just to pick up the pressed dress. I love the way that she altered it.
I ended up driving up from the West LA area, and it was totally worth it.

Hi everyone. I am located about an hour away from Los Angeles and am in major need of alterations on my dress.. It's a size 10 Watter's Kalahari and I am more of a size 6-8.. It's around 2-3 inches too long and the bust needs to be taken in.. Does anyone know of an alterations shop that would make these changes for a good price? Thanks
