Are you looking for a wooden arbor or are you looking for more of a metal arch?
Party City sells a wedding arch for $32.99.
Here are some decorating examples.

Here are some wooden arbors but they are all over $200.

You can also rent arches/arbors from party supply stores. I have the Arcadia Party Rental price list and it says $69 for white wooden arch or $38.50 for white wrought iron arch. They also have a gazebo for $149.
If you are having an outdoor wedding, do you need a runner? Can you just buy some silk daisies and cut the stems off and sprinkle them on the edge of the aisle instead of doing an aisle runner? I think it is very hard to stick a runner on stone or concrete and an aisle runner just won't work if you have tall grass.
Did you consider getting one of the plastic ones and just decorating it like crazy? If you don't spend much on the arbor, then you can afford a ton of foliage and flowers, and grocery store ones would work great. I wonder if Miss Green Tea has any advice... she seems to know a good bit about floral decorations!
This one is over $100, but I found a coupon with one quick search and you might be able to find better ones. They also offer free shipping.

You might also try submitting an Etsy Alchemy post - since you're in a big metro area (or so I would guess from your handle...), you're more likely to have people competing for low bids.
Good luck!
ETA: Oh, I get it... aisle runner for under $100, arbor budget not specified?
I don't even know what my arbor budget should be! My florist will be decorating it -- but I have to supply it. I was told rentals would hold up better. How well do plastic arbors hold up? I have a nightmare of the arbor falling down or blowing away during the ceremony!

Where can I rent or buy an arbor for my wedding (reasonably priced)? I tried doing a google search and had no luck. Also, I need to purchase an aisle runner. I looked at Michael's, but all they had were cheap plastic ones. It seems like all the nice ones are very expensive -- over $100.00, or the "medium" priced ones all have roses on them. Any ideas here? My flowers are daisies, so roses just won't work. I don't need anything custom, just something white or off white that is fabric and won't slip (it is an outdoor weddding). Thanks!
