I unfortunately have no information. I would love even dream of having my wedding there, but fear it will be quite costly. If anyone here has an idea of the general cost, or has been able to get some information-it would be great., Thank you so much.

they used to have a pricelist up. I looked at that venue before because it's 5 mins from my house its AMAZING and if you have money I would definitely do it there. AND in the summer when the grass is green and the flowers are blooming sooo pretty! But it's incredibily expensive. I think it's on par with having a wedding at the Fairmont Hotel. The rental for the venue is HIGH and food prices are high too. I think if you contact them they will send you a pricelist for everything. My coworker's daughter had her wedding there a few years ago and she said it was well worth it, the food it "to die for" (in her words) but it was very expensive. I think her wedding was well over 60K. not to sure how many guest she had.
Oh and "GreatEvents Wedding Coordinator's" coordinate your wedding... btw its a requirement. (their expensive too if you look at their site.. but they do really nice work)
Good luck!
I am actually having my wedding, both ceremony and reception there this Oct and I don't find the prices bad at all. I am having roughly 120 guests and we have rented the British house. The cost to rent the building is $3900 while the food all depends on the selections, for us it will be roughly $13,000-$14,000. The catering is done exclusively by Great Events Catering and they have been fantastic so far. Of course your pricing for linen rentals and other decor may add to the cost (which is also through Great Events) but we did not change much in terms of linen because we really like the ornate chairs that are in the banquet hall. Also we are not changing the linen, only renting table runners and possibly different coloured napkins. It sure is a beautiful venue! Hope that helps!
I haven't been to a wedding at Spruce Meadows, but I do have to chime in about Great Events Catering. We've hired them for work functions (big parties, galas, ceremonies, etc) on several occasions and they do fabulous work. Food is awesome.
I just recently booked Spruce Meadows. They seem to be very accomodating and it is gorgeous there.

Hi there,
I am from Edmonton Alberta Canada (not too sure how many fellow canadians are here!) and I am interested in having both my ceremony and reception at Spruce Meadows in Calgary Alberta. Wondering if anyone else has done this and their reccomendations, etc.
Thanks so much ladies!
