I have not had my wedding there but my date is booked! The prices were incredibly reasonable compared to other venues I priced. I do not know very much about the caterer but food is not a priority for us so we don't really care too much! I will say it's a pretty venue and you can't beat the price!
@rauk: Sorry, for some reason I never saw this post! I appreciate your input. We ended up booking our wedding and reception at the Villa Antonio Winery and are extremely excited about it. We are paying more than we originally anticipated but the pictures and site are gorgeous! Plus the event coordinator has been super helpful!!

Hi everyone! I have recently gotten engaged and am so extremely excited but overwhelmed with the planning process. My fiance and I live in St. Louis (actually the South County area) and I have ALWAYS dreamed of having an outside wedding. So we have a few options we are wanting to look at as far as possible venues for the wedding and reception or just reception.
1) The Oakland House in Affton, Missouri
2) Villa Antonio Winery in Hillsboro, Missouri
Has anyone been married at either and can offer some pictures or opinions? We're weighing our options b/c price is a consideration. (In otherwords, we're on a budget but still want it to be magical). I'd appreciaty ANY opinions, even if you've just been to a wedding at either place. Thanks so much!! :)
