I'm not much help, but I'm planning a wedding here in September, and would love to share ideas...maybe someone will help us out...? I'm particularly interested in how to make an aisle, since the venue is both our ceremony and reception site, too, and I'm not sure how to "sneak in" without being in full view of the wrap around porch! Also, how to have tables for a reception while you're having a ceremony...hmmm...have you thought about this much?

Not sure if you're still planning, but my family and I went out to Winfrey Point again and have plotted out our dual wedding/reception there.

We're setting up the interior room with rented chairs, creating an aisle down the middle and a "worship space" feel to the front area. This leaves some space in the back of the room for a few "indoor" tables for those that will absolutely need air conditioning during our summer reception (ie Grandparents, small children).

We are going to set up the rest of the tables outside on the screened-in porch.

So folks will come in, sit in the chairs, witness the wedding up front on the stage, and then get food out of the side room to the left of the stage. After that they can mingle inside among the chairs or sit at the tables on the screened-in porch.

My wedding's not until September. I'll let you know how it turns out, but I was hoping this might be helpful. I've seen several people asking about this problem at Winfrey Point.
