BeeinBoston:  i think she said she won’t have an engagement ring at all, so it will be just the band.

ryba1985:   i prefer band C. Classic with a little something extra.

Neither? Both seem too thin as a ‘standalone’. C is a bit more interesting though.

I would go with C, but have you looked at thicker bands?  Perhaps in an eternity style?

ryba1985:  C is good for a stand alone. But keep in mind that if you plan on getting another ring in the future to go with it, the diamonds on the side will scratch another band. Just something to consider.
