Hi , Okay I need to make my final decision.. and would love your help. Which wedding band should I get …
Option 1: (1st and 2nd pic): Eternity band, with slightly larger diamonds than engag. ring band / just slightly thicker width
Option 2: (3rd pic): Exact matching band (eternity) / same width

Honestly, they hardly look that different. If you had, say, a pave band and were looking to get that first eternity ring, it might be noticeable, but considering that the styles are exactly the same, I don’t really see enough of a difference to think that the bigger diamonds make a nicer statement. I am going to assume the matching band with the smaller diamonds is cheaper and since the matching looks really nice with diamonds of that size (I consider your band diamonds a nice size already!), I would just go for the matching band.

I voted for the matching band because I think the thicker band destracts from your lovely Ering. To me, I like the Ering as the star of the show and the wedding band just an accessory. But thats just my opinion and how I plan to arrange my set….

I actually really like the larger diamonds/width of the first ring with your e-ring. I think it balances them out nicely.

Hi, thanks for your comments! yeah, the band of my engag. ring is pave. (which is the same as the matching band version) The larger diamonds one is actually shared-prong set, but set low so it’s not sticking out too much…

@ms.marym: Fair enough. Maybe I should have said micro-pave. My point was that the sizes of the diamonds, regardless of their settings, are too close to make the bigger band a wow factor, in my opinion. They’re both beautiful, and you’re going to have a lovely set regardless of which you choose.
