Beautiful ring! If you are worried about the detailing being hidden, maybe try to find a more flat ring that has a flat/straight edge, instead of a more rounded edge. You can find ones that are engraved or have little diamonds in them so that can match your personal style.

What a beauty!  I have a thin knife edge set, and it seems fragile.  Maybe my imagination, but when I wear the matched wedding band, it seems to add more “reinforcement” to the delicate edges.  Is it possible to custom make a band that matches in shape and design?  Mine are so triangular the bands only touch on the very bottom.  I’d be concerned if a regular band, if too high profile, might rub your engraving.
