I just can’t seem to find the right wedding band. We’ve looked at probably over 100 rings and so many have come so close, but none hit the mark. I want a round cut, channel set, white gold band to match my e-ring:
I’m looking for equal lengths in the channel setting and a square end instead of a round end of the channel.
Has anyone else had issues with the wedding band search? Anyone have ideas on where to find my match?

The best advice I got from everyone when I had a peculiar band to match was “custom”… if you find a good jeweler, it shoudn’t even cost more. That said, I got lucky and found mine and it matched as is.

Have you looked into having one made? My e-ring was custom made and I had a hard time finding something to match and when I looked into custom made bands, I found that the prices were actually very reasonable.

I did consider custom, and I think that’s what we’re going to have to do. It’ll take a little while longer and I’ll have to be without my e-ring for a little while, but I don’t see any other option that I’d be happy with in the long run.

I’m having similar problems. I’ll attach a pic of my e-ring below… but it has 5 bead set diamonds in each side and what I REALLY want is a band that will have diamonds the same size as those in my band and for the same length around the band. Add to that– my ring is platinum and most rings I’ve seen in jewelry stores are white gold. I feel like goldilocks when I go to try them on… these diamonds are too big, these diamonds are too small, these diamonds go too wide, these ones too narrow… I can’t find one that is juuuuuust right. So, I think we might have to go the custom route too.

I was going to suggest custom made too. We had trouble finding the “perfect fit” too. I had a designer e-ring and my husband wanted something “different” for my band too (I was just happy with a plain band next to it). In the end, we went back to the designer and found something in his line that we were able to then customize. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as much as I thought for something custom.
