I don’t know what to do about a wedding band or bands for my uniquely shaped engagement ring. My fiance proposed with an inexpensive ring so we could pick out a vintage-style ring together. I bought the ring at an estate sale and had my mom’s diamond put in it. I absolutely love the ring, and i want to have a wedding band, but the shape of the ring makes that a little tricky. I was thinking maybe doing 2 bands, one on either side? or having a band custom-made? i need opinions! thanks!
(the first pic is the ring before my mom’s diamond was put in, but it’s straight on so you can see the shape better)

@soon2bszuter: I have no good recommendations on a wedding band, but I just wanted to say that I love how your ring came together.

I would try going to a private jeweler and having a band custom made to match the lines of your engagement ring.

I’d take it to a jeweler and ask if they can make a band to fit around it. I think it would look really cool!
It’s gorgeous btw!

I recommend a thin, straight eternity band like this:
