Um, I would be interested in this for sure! I love book clubs.
I'm already in a BC and it's hard enough for me to keep up! But I think an online club could totally work, once a month we could start a thread for the book and people could post discussion questions and comments. Fun idea!
I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but....
I tried this several months ago and usually got several replies that people were into it, but then hardly anyone would participate in the discussions. 
Maybe with all the new hive members it would work out better this time.
I would definitely be interested in a book club. I love reading!

I'm in! I had to leave my last book club when we moved recently, and I just mentioned to the Mr that I wanted to find a new one. I stipulated that I wanted it to be close by because I'm lazy, so an online group just might be PERFECT!!
I'd be interested! I just hope I would like the book we decided on. Would we just pick a random book or how would we decide?
I'm so excited about this!! We would have to come up with 5 titles to choose from, how long we have to read, and go from there. I, personally, have never been in a book club so I appreciate any and all advice!
Should we call it the WBBC?! That way everyone knows it us?!
Being that it's only February 2nd... is everyone able to start this week or should we wait a week?

I love it! I have been looking for a book club and this would be perfect since I don't have to leave home! I think we should try to start this week, then we can get on a monthly basis or something.
Normally, I'd participate (I looooove to read) but I'm already in two real-life book clubs that I barely have time for.
Maybe someday...
I'd love to do it! This week is fine with me! I finished reading my last book so I'm ready for a new one anyways :)

You're a girl after my Eng. Lit. heart! I'm in! Let's get on this asap, because I am currently in between books. I am searching for just the right one, and would love a recommendation.
When I did it I posted and asked for suggestions. I took the top five suggestions and posted a poll and asked everyone to vote. I left the poll open for a few days then based on what the majority voted I posted the selection.
Then I gave the hive about a month to read the book. And posted the "dicussions" on a certian week vice a certain day.

@ Miss Chocolate - I have an idea... I was thinking that just coming up with random book ideas might be a little difficult.. so maybe we should vote each month on the genre of book we want to read (suspense, romance, drama, etc) and then go from there.
Maybe we could even check online at different bookstores (waldenbooks, borders, etc) and look at their list of books in those particular genres.
Just an idea to help us all agree on what to read. What do you all think?

Oh I want to join! I love to read! I'll participate if I can get the book from the library, since spending money on new books is not in my budget right now. But I love discussing books with others, so I'll follow closely!

I've seen that a few of you lovely Bees like reading!! I know I do!!
What does everyone think about possibly starting a Wedding Bee Book Club?! If anyone has seen The Office- "The Finer Things Club" is what comes to mind, but I know that we won't be able to meet in person ;]
I know that everyone is busy planning weddings, but this could hopefully provide some wedding relief and fun!
