We’re doing 5 cakes.. Kinda. They sound awful but were doing them in the most tasteful way poss. So one real wedding cake as a centre show piece. Then two on either side. One will be a cheese wheel cak. With Brie Gouda and two others.. And cake be served later with grapes and some sort of saltine. Anoreo cake, its just oreo’s stacked. A rice crispy cake and a donut cake! Ill post pics.. Sorry if they aren’t in the same post… My iPad is finicky posting multiples in this site 🙂

We hired an ice cream truck! For awhile i thought about asking allow our guests to bring pies, and Mr. w and I would give out ribbons for the best-tasting pies (as past of the “cake-cutting” (pie-cutting) ceremony. But most of our local guestsaware Persian and don’t bake American cakes so i decided that wouldn’t work for our crowd.

WE did a petite buffet. We had cookies, small tarts, fruit, small individual pies, dessert breads, pastries etc. we had a small cake for the ceremony purposes.

@alwaysforever8911:  The ice cream truck lady let us get up in the truck and serve ice creams to our guests!! Amd we got some photos of the two of us kissing in the truck. Yes, we also got some photos of feeding each other ice cream. We haven’t gotten back our photos yet, but I’m hopiturnkey turned outreally cute 🙂 the ice cream truck rental was $400, which I thought was a great deal – a lot cheaper than a big decadent bride’s cake.
