Charm City Cakes is in Baltimore, right? I bet they're crazy-expensive, though.

I second Sugarbakers - they are affordable and delicious. Just make sure to confirm the time of delivery a day or two beforehand - ours almost didn't make it in time!
I also like Sweet. in Old Ellicott City. Their cakes a divine! My friend had them do cupcakes for her wedding & they were a hit!

depending on where you are in Baltimore, try Desserts by Rita. She is located in Havre de Grace and Cindy is a breeze to work with. The only downside (and I don't consider it a downside, but some brides do) is that they only do buttercream icing.
You are already married, so I guess you found your cake. But, one of my best friends works at Grauls Market and she is making our cake, so she is awesome. I'm not sure of the prices, but I've spoken to other people who have gotten wedding cakes there.

i am getting married in TWO months on june 5, 2010 and i still have not ordered the cake! the guest list is approximately 150 people. i am looking for an affordable, yummy cake. my budget is about $500. does anyone know of any good, reliable vendors in baltimore who would be in my budget and willing to accommodate on such short notice???? please help!!!!!!!!!
