I want to make a “fake” wedding cake for my wedding instead of buying a 3-tier’d cake. We are going to purchase a slab cake instead of serving a 3-tier’d cake to try to save money! I just want your opinions on how early I should make it before the wedding, and how to store it. It will be made with fondont but i’m not sure if I could make it and store it in the fridge or if i’ll have to store it on the counter or what.
