So I have always been a chocolate lover, but until the last week I almost can’t stand it. I am making our cake, and have tried 2 different chocolate flavours, they taste wonderful, but are a bit sickly.
I have thought of having a lemon one, but I can’t imagine too many people would eat it. Perhaps a vanilla one with some interesting fillings?
I am wanting buttercream icing, as I can’t stand fondant. But I find the buttercream is so full on, so would need nice fillings which don’t make you want to be sick afterwards…
