We are using her too. We fell in love with her cake at a bridal show in Keene, NH. It was a long haul for us to get to her, but we think it is worth it. She is a cake artist and a real nice lady too. I am even more excited for our cake after your review.

I have to give major props to my amazing cake baker/decorator/masterpiece creator extraordinaire! If any brides are in the MA/NH area, you really must make an appointment to see Denise Wright Fox of Tastefully Wright Cakes. She's truly one-of-a-kind. I have never received so many compliments (the cake was the highlight of our reception) on both the outside AND inside of a wedding cake.
We had four tiers - Black Forest with Cherry, Bailey's Irish Creme, Lemon Chiffon and Pumpkin Spice with Apple Compote. I am still eating the Black Forest top tier. We couldn't wait to eat it and it's so good, freezing it seemed like blasphemy! Please, please, PLEASE check out Tastefully Wright if you can! I can't say enough about my wedding cake. I loved it!
Denise also hand-made our "golden apple" cake topper to compliment our apple orchard wedding. :)
