I like number 2 it looks a little more romantic gothic then just gothic

I don’t know much about the masquerade theme but I do like the second candelabra slightly better because the stand is more ornate than the first. But it might be cool to mix it up and use both!

I like #1, because it looks like it has a heart, in the middle.

I think it depends on what shape your tables are and what else you’re planning to have in the center. For round tables (which most weddings have) I think #2 is best since it fills the center space better, and likewise #1 would be better for long banquet tables. However, #1 might work for round tables as well if you’ve got something to put on either side of the flat candelabra to round out the arrangement.
